Employer-Paid Plan for Employees with 9.5 Years of Service

$10,000 life insurance benefit provides a $1,500 monthly benefit payout for qualified long term care services (up to 20 months and $30,000 total LTC payout).

All Good Earthlings working 30+ hours per week (and their Spouses/Registered Domestic Partners) are eligible to apply for the Chubb Life + LTC benefit (available benefit amounts and premium costs vary by age, tobacco status, and eligibility for the employer-funded plan).
Applicant's residence, work location, and billing address must be within the United States.

Funded Good Earthlings can also purchase additional coverage above the funded plan.
